5. Treatment Results and Follow-Up

We use professional methods and trained technicians, but pest activity depends on factors such as property condition, sanitation, nearby infestations, weather, and structural issues. For this reason:

• We cannot guarantee that pests will never return.
• Any follow-up visits or service warranty will apply only as stated in your service agreement or booking confirmation.
• Warranty coverage may not apply if the issue is caused by customer non-compliance, structural changes, or new infestations from outside sources.
• Please report any continued activity promptly so we can arrange a follow-up as per your service terms.

6. Payments

• Service charges will be shared with you in advance and are payable as agreed at the time of booking.
