Customer Login Portal Instructions

To create an account on our customer portal, please click on the link below or copy and paste into a browser. You will see the screen pictured below. Click on “Get Login Info” below the “Password” field.

The next screen you’ll see is below. Use the phone number associated with your account. If you can receive texts at that number, click “Get Login Information” and the system will send you a text. If you would prefer an email click the arrow next to the “Text Message Delivery SMS” button and select “receive email” then click “Get Login Information”.

Check your email or phone for the “Password reset code”, it will look something like this – “cctpdgwd”. Above, is the screen you will see after clicking “Get Login Information”. Enter your account number (it will be in the text or email), enter the reset code from the text or email you receive, then enter a password of your choice. Passwords MUST meet these requirements - 8 characters, 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, and 1 numeric character – EXAMPLE = Password123. Enter the password again in the “Confirm Password” field. Next, click “Reset Password” (blue button) and you will see the screen below:
